Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the images.
Furthermore featured in this latest document drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying various parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the current congressional process.
